I loved how close I was to the MB Financial Park, where I could leisurely stroll and enjoy the atmosphere, and the dining options nearby, like Giordano's, made it easy to grab a meal after long walks. the staff was amazing and very attentive, creating a warm atmosphere that felt welcoming during my stay.

The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all amazing. It was nice having such soft towels and bed sheets, really felt like a luxury even if I was just passing through.

Sure it wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what I needed.

i had a pleasant stay at hyatt centric. the staff were very nice and helpful. the hotel's location across from the casino was convenient but not noisy. the breakfast was really good, and my waitress was super friendly! the room was decent but a little firm for my taste.

I wish the bedding had a fitted sheet instead of a flat sheet. it kept coming off.

The shuttle service goes off the rails after 9:00 PM, which left me scrambling for a taxi late at night. not ideal when you expect a shuttle ride to the hotel after a long flight. The bathroom had a persistent odor that wasn't pleasant, and the bathtub drain was annoyingly slow, leaving me with standing water during showers. Not being able to easily access downtown Chicago was another hiccup, requiring a taxing trek just to jump on the train, especially under the sweltering heat of August.
